The legendary Gornik & Drucker barbershop first opened its doors in Beverly Hills, Calif. back in 1936, and has since become a part of Tinseltown history. Popular for its traditional hairstyling and classic straight razor shaves, Gornik & Drucker soon became a destination for President's, International Heads of State, and the men of Hollywood.
Continuing in the timeless tradition of full-service and individually customized barbering services, Gornik & Drucker moved its operations to the city's 5-Star luxury hotel, the Montage Beverly Hills, in 2008. It was discretely placed in the lower lobby to accommodate the very private clientele that has continued to be loyal to the Gornik and Drucker brand, and also the growing list of VIPs that have made Montage Beverly Hills their home away from home. After all, Gornik & Drucker has groomed Hollywood's biggest names since the 1930s, including Clarke Gable, Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, and even a former President, Ronald Reagan. The shop had a supporting role in the original "Ocean's Eleven" film, and was even featured player in a real-life Hollywood tale: in 1947 gangster Bugsy Siegel visited Gornik & Drucker for a shave and a trim. An hour later he was found shot dead (but clean-shaven).
